It has two patios on the ground floor, one of which adjoins the kitchen and opens up completely thanks to a veranda that opens wide onto this cool, airy space.
This shaded patio features an extendable table for 12 people, a plancha and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying breakfasts and meals in the shade.
The house has 5 double bedrooms, including 1 dormitory that can accommodate 4 children, all with en-suite bathrooms.
– On the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and toilets.
– On the mezzanine level, the dormitory has 4 beds (which can be converted into 2 double beds), ideal for the little ones.
– The roof terrace features the swimming pool and has 2 en-suite suites offering views of the pool.
